Terms of Service

By registering for, accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the Terms, you must not use the Services.

If you accept on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
• You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information at registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use.

• The Services are offered in free and paid plans. Current prices for paid plans are shown on the pricing page.
• Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically for the term you selected (monthly or annual).
• Payments are charged at the start of the term in the applicable currency (TRY/GBP). Taxes may apply under relevant law.
• We reserve the right to change prices; changes take effect from the next renewal period and are announced in advance.

All paid plans come with a no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of the initial purchase.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your access continues until then.
• Payments outside the 7-day refund window are non-refundable, subject to statutory exceptions.

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights.
• Share or resell your account, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Access systems without permission, reverse-engineer, or bypass security measures.
• Place excessive load via automated methods or abuse reasonable usage limits.
• Collect, copy or distribute data beyond the permitted use.

All intellectual property rights in the Services — including software, trademarks, logos, interface and content — belong to Bu Gider or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

All rights to your store and your data remain yours. You grant us permission to process your data so that we can provide the Services.

Our Services may integrate with third-party services such as marketplace APIs and payment providers. Use of those services is subject to the respective third parties' own terms; we are not responsible for their availability or content.

The Services are provided “as is.” The analytics and data we provide are compiled from public and estimated sources and do not constitute a firm guarantee for your investment, financial or commercial decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may also terminate the agreement at any time by closing your account. On termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We announce material changes by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Services after the changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom; any rights you have under the mandatory protective provisions of your country of residence as a consumer are reserved.
